Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 7, 2026. This Privacy Policy applies to Runesmith Studio iOS apps that collect usage and analytics data to operate and improve the app.
We respect your privacy and limit data collection to what helps us understand how the app is used and fix problems. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
1. Information we collect
To operate the app and improve reliability, the app may collect:
- Usage & analytics data: in-app events, features used, screens viewed, and session duration.
- Device & technical data: device model, operating system version, app version, language and region, and basic performance metrics.
- Diagnostics: crash logs and error reports that help us identify and fix bugs.
This data is associated with a non-permanent, app-generated identifier (such as Apple's vendor identifier). We do not collect your name, email, contacts, or precise location for analytics, we do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA), and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
2. How we use this information
- To understand how features are used and to prioritize improvements.
- To detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and bugs.
- To measure overall, aggregated app performance and stability.
3. Third-party analytics providers
We use reputable third-party analytics and diagnostics services to process this data on our behalf. These providers are contractually limited to processing the data only to provide their service to us and may not use it for their own purposes. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
4. Data retention
Analytics and diagnostics data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above, after which it is deleted or aggregated so that it can no longer be associated with a specific device.
5. Your choices
- Device-level analytics sharing: you can limit what is shared in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
- In-app controls: where an app provides an analytics toggle, you can disable collection in the app's settings.
- Uninstalling: removing the app stops all further collection.
6. Children's privacy
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
